The user runs the software on their own computer, with their own Oura account and their own Oura developer application credentials. The user is responsible for complying with the Oura API terms and applicable law.
The tool is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Notifications are based on Oura’s stress estimates, which may be delayed or inaccurate. The user should not rely on the tool for health decisions and should consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the software.
These terms may be updated in the project repository. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
